How do I cancel?

You can upgrade, downgrade, add users or cancel your account at any time. Cancelled accounts will remain active until the currently paid period expires, they will then be deactivated. No refunds will be given on cancellation.

Is my data safe?

Your data is backed up daily and is stored in multiple locations. Our servers are located in data centers that are monitored by closed circuit television and guarded by a 24x7x365 onsite team.

Can I pay for 12 months in advance?

Yes, and by doing so you’ll receive one month of the service free. Just email us at once you’ve signed up and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and there’s no minimum term. You can change your plan or cancel at any time.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

If you cancel, we save your account information for 14 days in case you need to access it. After that, we may delete all of your data for security purposes.
